Bad leak good tech service

I informed Barefoot Spa that I needed a service technician for my hot tub. I had a leak from one of the jets only 2 months after ownership and purchase! It was a little slow going at first because they said they didn’t have a tech near me that was available.

After a reasonable amount of time, they located a tech and had him at my house to fix the spa. The tech was in and out. The job only took him about 30 min. I just don’t have the tools to do it myself. Anyways, my point being, I was impressed with how they backed up the warranty and service. I had a problem with my refrigerator when I bought it from Lowes. I had to call the manufacturer and it took over two weeks to get a tech to me. Granted, I live in the sticks, but still, Barefoot Spas customer service was able to get it figured out quicker than samsung, so that says a lot I guess. Good news is, my spa is up and running again, and it was only down for a total of 3 days before they had a tech fix the issue and now we’re back in business!
